The Cultiv-8 association will embark on a various commercial farming projects:
Hybrid farming is a combination of current commercial methods and the introduction of nontoxic natural inputs reducing the need for synthetic and chemical inputs. Over time the farms become less reliant on conventional input because the soils have become more fertile. We will also address water and irrigation issues by utilizing technologies from our members that will allow farmers to rely a little less on Mother Nature.
We will work with farmers globally that want to farm organically utilizing the most advance technology in the world. With the correct processes and procedures organic farming can not only produce more yield than conventional farming, organic farming is commercial viable with healthy ROI. Enabling the farmers to not only upgrade the quality of their product but to attain sustainable arable lands the world drastically needs. We will also address water and irrigation issues by utilizing technologies from our members that will allow farmers to rely a little less on Mother Nature.
Hydroponic growing cultivates plants by placing the roots in liquid nutrient solutions rather than in soil. In a hydroponic garden, crops are supported in a neutral medium where the liquid solution has all the essential nutrients the plant needs. This liquid food is then circulated around the roots of the plants by either a passive system or a pump active. The foundation will work with Hydroponic growers and introduce the latest nontoxic natural input that will allow the reduction of synthetic inputs creating a much healthier growing environment allowing the grower to increase yields.
